He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. and Claire Provencher (Leete). He is survived by: his children, Sara Tennant (John) of Stafford, Michael Provencher, II of Windsor Locks and Alyssa Provencher of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, John Provencher of Suffield, Earl Provencher, Jr. (Connie) of Enfield, William Provencher (Anne) of Enfield and Karen Frantz (Jim) of Agawam, MA; and his grandsons, Marcus Williams of Enfield, Owen Provencher of Windsor Locks and Ian Tennant of Stafford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
