He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rafala (Lastrina); and his children, Mary Therese Liquori (Philip), Louis Rafala III, Paul Rafala (Colleen), Phyllis Stallone (Michael), Joanne Brown (Jerry), Michael Rafala and Dominic Rafala.
