We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2021, at the age of 78, John Polek of Somers, Connecticut, born in Springfield, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Polek and Stella Polek (Ustupski); and his sisters, Cynthia McCready and Mary Theresa Polek. He is survived by: his wife Francine Polek (Bousquet); his daughter Lisa Wood (Andrew) of Stafford Springs; and his sisters, Patricia Daigle (Steve) of Goodyear, AZ. and Joanne Polek of Goodyear, AZ.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
