It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Hartley of Somers, Connecticut, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest (George) and Mildred; his siblings, Robert, George and Margaret; his daughter Jennifer; and his brother-in-law David (Gwendolyn).
He is survived by: his wife Julia Blanchard; his children, John, Julie and Jay; his sister-in-law Hilda; and his grandchildren, John, Michael, Patrick, Sonya, Christopher, Thomas and Luke. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
