She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Holmes and Menetta Holmes (Croston); her husband Lawrence C. Klaczak; her grandson Nicholas Coleman; her great grandchild Robby Klimaytis; her siblings, Glendon Holmes, Barbara Miller and Dorothy Stefan; and her son-in-law Robert McCulloch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judith McCulloch of Somers, Linda Coleman (Joseph) of Somers and Debra Atkinson (Neil) of Somers; her grandchildren, Angela McCulloch, Grant McCulloch (Christine), Jordan McCulloch, Cory Atkinson (Katie) and Taylor Atkinson (Alexandra); her great grandchildren, Brody McCulloch and McKenna Atkinson; and her brother Richard Holmes (Claudette). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
