She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Warren and Gladys Warren (Hines); her husband Donald L. Atkinson; and her siblings, Frank Warren and Frances Glen.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Gelineau (Thomas) of Enfield, James (Cindy) of Groton, Ronald (Carol) of Tolland and Neil (Deb) of Somers; her grandchildren, Angela, Scott Gelineau, Kim Such, Christopher, Cory, Taylor, Anthony Atkinson and Elizabeth Shannon; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Gelineau, Logan and Ryan Such; her brother-in-law Ed Henry of California; and also Auntie Glad. She is also survived by four children.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to: The Shriners Hospital for Children or the Somersville Congregational Church.
