He was predeceased by: his father Norman Shippey; and his brother David Shippey. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Shippey (Bradway); his wife Ethel Shippey (Deacon); his children, Scott, Glenn Shippey and Kymberly; and his grandchildren, Sydney Cuccaro, Mariah, Elena Shippey and Joshua.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Southern Berkshire.
