He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvard McNeal and Aleen McNeal (Pfau). He is survived by: his siblings, Pamela McNeal of Stafford and Patrick McNeal of Rockville; his son Joshua Olin (Noel) of Westfield, MA; his grandchildren, Nathan and Gwenyth; and his nephews, Joshua McNeal and Zachary Lopez.
