She is survived by: her mother Barbara Dworak (Webb) of South Windsor; her children, Jacquelyn Carleton of Vernon and Jason Snukis of Somers; her siblings, Pamela Clark of Bondville, VT and Dennis Root of Windsor; and her grandchildren, Caelin, Keith and Orion. She is also survived by several other family members and friends.
