He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Mudgett. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Avery; his daughters, Jessica Kaczmarek (Rob) of Somers and Jill Wetherington (Brandon) of Somers; his grandsons, Jacob Proulx and Benjamin Wetherington; his siblings, Robert Avery (Debbie), Melissa Sofios (Greg), Jennifer Avery and Amy Lyle (Landon); and his close friends, Jodi, CJ, Meg, Kathy and Brian.
