He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hoffman and Josephine Hoffman (Dailey); and his son-in-law Craig Tracy. He is survived by: his wife Velma Hoffman (Lesoine); his children, Michael S. Hoffman (Elizabeth) of Enfield, CT and Deborah L. Tracy of Wilbraham, MA; his grandsons, Mitchell, Russell (Shawn), Timothy, Christopher and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Kailee, Hannah, Blaise, Corrine and Victoria.
