Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Lynn Barnhart of Somers, Connecticut, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 85, on September 18, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Tietze (Manus) and Walter Tietze; her stepson Philip Barnhart, Jr.; her nieces, Christina and Deanna; and her cousins, Richard and Gloria Manus.

She is survived by: her husband Philip Barnhart, Sr.; her daughter Debra Anderson (Rob Anderson) of Contoocook, NH; her brother Bob Tietze; her stepsons, Jim and Bob Barnhart; her grandchildren, Rowan, Vivian Anderson, Christopher, James, Sarah and Jennifer Barnhart; and also, Anne and Shirley.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Barbara's name to the National Audubon Society or to The Crohns and Colitis Foundation.
