He was predeceased by: his parents, Leodor Gelinas and Elaine Gelinas (Chaput). He is survived by: his wife Faith Gelinas (Merkel); his children, Beth Rude (Jeffrey) of Colchester and Eric Gelinas (Jessica) of Canton; and his siblings, Elaine Slosek, Sandra Gelinas and Donald Gelinas. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
