He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lamb and Shirley Lamb; and his brother Butch. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Lamb (Diane) and Cheryl Lamb; his daughter Katrina Ingle; and his granddaughter Kiera. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
