We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 83, Robert Beckett Green of Simsbury, Connecticut, born in Winthrop, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Francis Belmont Green and Cleora Green (Perry); and his siblings, Oliver, Jeremiah, George and Emeline Gay.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Green (Robinson); his children, Katherine Freiman (Richard) of Barrington, RI, Robert Beckett Green, Jr. (Emily) of Providence, RI, Oliver Green (Wendy) of Aliso Viejo, CA, Rebecca Green of Concord, MA and Meghan Clinard (Dustin) of Concord, MA.; and his grandchildren, Emma, Jane, Ben Freiman, Charlotte, Alice, Leo Green, Zack, Aaron Green, Pip, Olive, Tilly and Milo Clinard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in Mr. Green's memory may be made in support of the Mass General Cancer Center, Melanoma Research Fund.
