Briere (Simsbury, Connecticut), born in Easthampton, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Briere and Rose Briere (LeDuc); his children, Northampton and Mary; his close friend Richard; his sister Lucy Henchey of Easthampton; his children, Richard of Holyoke, MA, Gary (Maureen) of Sunderland, MA, Lynda of Naugatuck, CT and Dana (Julie Marcy) of Burlington, CT; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Briere; his stepchildren, Cheryl Dowling of Granby, CT and Steven Peterson (Hillary) of North Granby, CT; his grandchildren, Molly Gowa (Stephen), Adam Briere (Laurey) of Bethel, CT, Joshua Briere of Granby, CT, Meghan Dowling of Seattle, WA, Peter Dowling of Boston, MA, Tyler Dowling of Glastonbury, CT, George, Vivian and Maria Peterson of Granby, CT; his great grandchildren, Milo, Ellis and Emelia; and also Claremont.
