He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin M. Blackburn Sr. and Geraldine Blackburn (Richard); and his siblings, Susan B. Lambert (Tom) of Simsbury, CT, E. Michael Blackburn (Lois) of Enfield, CT, Kenneth A. Blackburn (Trudi) of Glover, VT and Carol Souza (Ralph) of New Hartford, CT. He was also cherished by numerous nephews and nieces, and cousins.
