We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2024, at the age of 75, Patricia L. Kulbacki of Simsbury, Connecticut, born in Baltimore, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia L. Kulbacki to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald L. Kulbacki; her parents, Mary Redding (Harbin) and William E. Phillips; her sister Frances Neely (Phillips); and her stepfather Paschal E. Redding.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary (Kulbacki) and Blackman (Tyler Brush) of Marlborough, CT; her grandsons, Hunter, Wyatt and Owen Blackman; and her sister-in-law Judith Kulbacki of Colden, NY. She is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, nieces, and long-time friends.
