He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn O'Hara, (Fischer) and Martin G. O'Hara, Sr.; and his siblings, Martin G. O'Hara, Jr. and Mary Anne O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Marilou; his children, Lynne (Mike Cefole), Andrew and Michael O'Hara, Jr. (Kim); his grandchildren, Emily and Jack; his daughter Jill Greene (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Hope and Tighe.
