Margery Gardow Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margery Gardow (Simsbury, Connecticut), born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Bernhard Gardow; her parents, William Hart and Pearl Cecilia Peters (Hawkins); and her son-in-law Ty Dewhurst. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Gardow (David Bradlee) of Seattle, WA, Eva Gardow of Kinnelon, NJ, Polly Gardow Rice (Bill) of West Simsbury and Peter Gardow (Cheryl) of Wethersfield; her grandchildren, Margot Gardow, Will Rice, Hawkins Gardow, Pearl Bradlee, Liza Rice, Marcus Bradlee and Julia Gardow; her sisters, Carol Peters Hoeckley (Bert) and Mary Louise Peters Quinn; and also, Suzie Endres (Don) and Elly Frauenhofer (Andy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
