It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Michaud Foley of Simsbury, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael F. Foley; her parents, Renaud "Mitch" Michaud and Carolyn Michaud (Emerson); and her sister Kathryn M. Michaud of East Hartford. She is survived by: her children, Michael Foley (Lauren) of Stockbridge, VT, Matthew Foley (Liza) of Hunter, NY and Nicole Foley Banks (Tracy) of Rockville Vernon, CT; her brother Clyde Michaud of East Hartford, CT; and her grandchildren, Damian Foley, Brooklyn Foley and Annemarie Foley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends and neighbors.
Private burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery in Rockville Vernon, Donations in her memory may be made to St. Bernard Parish or St. Mary's Parish.
