He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fay and Pauline Fay (Claffey). He is survived by: his wife Bette-Ann Fay (Carreiro); his son John Fay III; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Fay (DeVita); his granddaughters, Caroline and Madeline of Avon Lake, OH.; his daughter-in-law Jessica Fay (Kliewe); and his grandson-in-law Jack of Waldwick, NJ..
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home - Simsbury (880 Hopmeadow St, Simsbury, CT 06070).
