With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAnn G. Walker of Simsbury, Connecticut, born in Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away on December 7, 2023 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoAnn G. Walker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Girard and Anna Girard (Dessureau); her sisters, Sally Delphia and Lorraine Girard; and her grandson Nicholas Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Roohr (Quintin) of East Granby, Lorrie Lescarbeau (Doug) of West Simsbury and Chris Walker (Cheryl) of Plymouth, MA; and her grandchildren, James Roohr (Katrina), Peter Roohr (Li), Caroline Hann (Mike), Jeff Lescarbeau (Christine), Michelle Schramm (Brian), Harrison Walker (Devon) and Nathan Walker. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, a niece, several nephews and cousins.
