It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Rene Barber of Simsbury, Connecticut, born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on December 17, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Isidore Barber and Gertrude Barber (Morneault); his siblings, Christine Cook and Frank Barber; and his pet Brass.

He is survived by: his brother John Barber (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
