He was predeceased by: his wife Eunice Kelly (McGinn); his parents, Francis Joseph and Nell Kelly (Pritchard); and his siblings, Merlyn (Riley) and Tom.
He is survived by: his child Chris; his grandson Jay; his son Francis Joseph Kelly, III (Heather) of Weston, MA; his grandchildren, Whitney Kelly of Stowe, VT and Francis Joseph Kelly, IV (Laura Dean) of Winchester, MA.; his son Timothy Kelly (Susie) of Corvallis, OR; his granddaughter Katie Kelly (Heather Resko) of Seattle, WA; his son Christopher Kelly (Sharon) of Simsbury, CT; his grandchild Brenna Kelly of Brighton, MA; and his great grandchildren, Declan Francis Kelly and Meredith Kelly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
