He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Helen Psarakis of West Hartford, CT, Susan Garvey (Patrick) of Ooltewah, TN and Peter Psarakis of Montgomery, AL; his sister Irene; his brother-in-law Manny Makiaris of Niantic, CT.; his parents, Nicholas Psarakis and Chresanthe Psarakis; his wife Peg; and his friends, John, Johanna Murphy and Have.
The family requests donations be made to Habitat for Humanity in lieu of flowers.
