It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Hoffmann (Simsbury, Connecticut), born in West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edith Merritt Lane and Carl Rugg Lane; her brothers, C. Merritt and Malcolm Victor; her nieces and nephews, Tina, Marcella, Paul, Skip and JC; her significant other Herman "Gus" Hoffmann; her children, Alexander Hart, Katharine Leenders and Kristina Napolitano; and her great grandchildren, James, Nicholas, Anna, Eve and Lilly.
