He was predeceased by: his wife Terry; his parent Charlie; his children, James B. Elliott and Nancy Richard; and his siblings, Russell Elliott, Gladys Carpenteri and Beatrice Elliott.
He is survived by: his son Joseph D. Elliott (Deana Zenisky) of Tariffville; and his son-in-law John Richard. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
