He is survived by: his parents, Gerard Neil and Cindi Neil; his wife April Carlin; his daughter Piper D. Neil; his brother Scott Neil; his uncles, Kent (Diane Swee), William (Patricia Neil), Ronald (Laurel Johnson), Kevin (Mary Neil) and Clement (Donna Neil); his aunt Virginia Neil; and his pet Buffett.
