He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Grady and Lillian Jette Grady; his wife Marilyn Grady; and his siblings, Lawrence Grady and Carol Grady Pacelli.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Grady (Debbie) and Janice Saunders (Sean); his brothers, Donald Grady (Debbie) and John Grady; his stepchildren, Thomas McMahon (Maryanne), Michael McMahon (Monica), Lorraine Dennehy and William McMahon (Shelly); and his grandchildren, Heather Grady, Jason Grady (Gina), Kyle Saunders and Colin Saunders (Amy). He is also survived by many step grandchildren, great-grandchildren & great great grandchild.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (50 Donovan Ln, Shelton, CT 06484).
