He was predeceased by: his father Richard Van Tine. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Van Tine (Kecko); his mother Sadie Van Tine (Busa); his sons, Benjamin and Alex; his aunt Laurene Van Tine of New York; his sister-in-law Leslie Beard; and his niece Emily Orama (Hiram) of Shelton.
