He was predeceased by: his mother Tara Sawicki Horvath; his grandfathers, Michael and Robert; his uncle Michael J. Horvath; and his great-uncles, Patrick Spetrino and Warren Horvath.
He is survived by: his father Matthew J. Horvath; his sibling Hayley Alonso (Oscar); his grandmothers, Patricia Horvath and Evelyn Sawicki; his aunt Melissa Sawicki; his cousins, Evan and Veronica Horvath; and his girlfriend Alley Russell. He is also survived by several great aunts, uncles and cousins.
