He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Augusto and Balbina Rodrigues (Carvalho). He is survived by: his wife Ilda Carvalho (Silveira); his daughters, Cindy Salamanca (Tony) of Milford and Crystal Carvalho (Matthew Duncan) of Shelton; his siblings, Jose Carvalho Teixeira (Maria), Luisa Pereira (Jorge) and Lucia Abreu (Antonio); and his grandchildren, Cristian, Isabel and Declan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
