She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christopher Sefik (Nicki), Rachel Holt (Jeffery), Amy, Kirsten, Serenity Parker, Gary Tiscia (Heather), Jamie Steck (Andrew), Samantha Smith (Kevin) and Ethan Placella. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
