She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Swetts and Josephine Swetts. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Podany (Gerald) of Shelton and Thomas Garvey (Belinda) of Naugatuck, CT; her siblings, Marcia Veray (John) and Thomas Swetts; and her grandchildren, Paul Podany, Lauren Podany and Jeremiah Garvey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Church (505 Shelton Ave, Shelton, CT 06484).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent's Hospital School of Nursing.
