We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2025, at the age of 85, Jeannette E. Loughlin of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Derby, Connecticut passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Filanowski and Jane Filanowski; her husband William T. Loughlin Sr.; and her daughter Linda Janaskie. She is survived by: her children, Susan Loughlin of Shelton and William Loughlin Jr.; her daughter-in-law Fatos Loughlin of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Olivia Loughlin of Durham, Avery Timmons, Jordon Janaskie of Salisbury, Elizabeth Loughlin of Seymour, Kathryn Loughlin of Seymour and Kevin Loughlin of Oxford; and her siblings, Samuel Filanowski (Patricia) of Seymour and Barbara Szymanski (Robert) of Shelton. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Miller Macari Family Funeral Home (260 Bank St, Seymour, CT 06483). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Good Shepard Church- St. Nicholas (135 Mountain Rd, Seymour, CT 06483). A burial will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Calendar Mountain Meadows Cemetery (117 Mountain Rd, Seymour, CT 06483).
