He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Youngmi Kim; his parents, Deukho Kim and Insook Heo; his children, Stefan Hyunwoo Kim (Stephanie Ann Kim), Skyler Chanwoo Kim and Samuel Sunwoo Kim; his grandsons, Joseph Charles Joon Kim and Peter Jacob Jin Kim; his great-nephew Elliot Yunghoon Kim; his great-niece Aileen Kim; and also Sangho Kim (Elizabeth Minjung Kim). He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
