She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius McCarthy and Abbie McCarthy; her husband John E. Sappo; her son Johnnie Sappo; and her brothers, Cornelius and Jerry McCarthy.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Sappo and Kerry Bell (Bob); her brother John McCarthy (Jack); her grandchildren, John, Stephanie, Christopher, Charlotte, Stephen and Kaitlyn; and her pets, Princess and Sweetie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home (399 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
