We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2024, at the age of 80, Carol J. Polifka of Shelton, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald M. Polifka; her parents, Stephen Kochiss and Anna Kochiss (Konecny); and her siblings, Joseph, Stephen Kochiss, Anna Mae Dash and Florence Witalis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Lavery and Ed Kochiss (Elizabeth). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
