He was predeceased by: his mother Marva Roberts Stevens; and his son Tyler Stevens. He is survived by: his father Robert L. Stevens; his wife Jacqui; his daughter Samantha Stevens; his siblings, Eric Stevens (Sharon) and Leslie Miller; and his stepmother Cherry Stevens. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
