He is survived by: his wife Zofia Leszczak; his children, Peter Leszczak (Wendy) and Barbara Oko (Thomas); his grandchildren, Adam, Owen, Erek Lesczak, Haley and Ethan Oko; and his sister Zofia Daskiewicz.
A Mass was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Michael's Church (75 Derby Ave, Derby, CT 06418). Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home (253 Elizabeth St, Derby, CT 06418). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Church (75 Derby Ave, Derby, CT 06418).
