She was predeceased by: her husband Charles B. Payne Sr.; her parents, Louis Lucas and Helen Kish Lucas; her son Michael L. Payne Sr.; her son-in-law Daniel Rodriguez; and her sisters, Louise Malatesta, Helen Bass and Valerie Barrachina.
She is survived by: her children, Charles B. Payne Jr. (Linda), Rosemarie Rodriguez and Valerie Milkowski (John). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
A committal service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (15 Church St, Ansonia, CT 06401).
