He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Ostaszeski and Stella Ostaszeski (Kolakowski); his wife Mary Ostaszeski (Morris); his daughter Mary Anne Ostaszeski; and his brothers, Stanley and Henry Ostaszeski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Ostaszeski and Linda Pol (Ken); his granddaughters, Heather Friedman (Andrew) and Corie Pol; his great grandchild Bailey; and his brother-in-law George Morris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and one great great nephew.
