He is survived by: his children, Frank J Stemmer, III (Sonya) of Bristol and Melissa Stemmer of Cheshire; his siblings, George Stemmer of Florida, Barbara Moscariello of Waterbury, Mary Stemmer (John Primo) of Port St and Katherine Frumento (Jerry) of East Haven; and his grandchildren, Adam, Jacob and Nitara Stemmer.
