He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blaze and Elsie Locke Blaze; and his sisters, Ruth Branch and Rowena Warecke. He is survived by: his wife Jane Brooks Blaze; his children, David Blaze (Roxanne) of Granville, MA., Philip Blaze (Sophia) of Cheshire and Elaine Blaze of Beacon Falls; his grandchildren, Kaile Blaze of Southwick, MA., Kelsey Blaze of Cincinnati, Lauren Lombardi of Hanover, PA., Christopher and Mia Blaze of Cheshire; and his great grandchildren, Keeley Blaze and Elsie Wyrick.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jenkins-King & Malerba Funeral Home (12 Franklin St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
