With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tyler Hoffman (Sandy Hook, Connecticut), born in Danbury, Connecticut, who passed away on April 28, 2018 at the age of 24. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Theodore Hoffman of Woodbury and Catherine Kean of Sandy Hook; his brother Michael Morrison of Plainville; his grandmother Nancy Coles of Woodbury; his uncles, Debbie Glen of Woodbury, Arthur Kean of Norwalk, Kevin Kean of New Milford, Betty Viglione of Newtown, Dennis Kean of Texas, Julie Kean of New Milford, Brian Kean of Newtown, Margaret Niquette of Southbury and Veronica Kean of Danbury; and also Paternal.
