He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Sliker and Beatrice E. Sliker (Williams); and his sister Shirley M. Foley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Sliker (Rapole); his children, Corinne Reppenhagen (Cori) of Monroe, Thomas Sliker (TJ) of Monroe and Rachel E. Sliker of Monroe; his grandchildren, Riley N. and Raegan E. Reppenhagen; and his brothers-in-law, Peter Foley (Gina) of Collinsville, VA and John Rapole of Port Jervis, NY.

Due to the concerns affecting us all at this time surrounding social gatherings, all funeral services and interment will be held privately for the immediate family. After the threat of Covid subsides, we will have a celebration of Tom's life for family and friends.
