Robert J. Kalbaugh Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2023, at the age of 59, Robert J. Kalbaugh of Sandy Hook, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Kalbaugh and Marylyn Kalbaugh (Meathrel); and his father-in-law Andrew W. Delohery Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Kalbaugh (Delohery); his son Alex Kalbaugh; his stepchildren, Zachary FitzGerald (Gina Russo), Ashley FitzGerald and Caitlin FitzGerald; his mother-in-law Nan Delohery; and also, Andrew Delohery (Jodie), Beth Schult (Tim), Dianna Delohery and Peter Delohery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Newtown United Methodist Church – Stephen Ministry, 92 Church Hill Road, Sandy Hook, CT 06482. Memorial contributions can also be made to South Kent School, 40 Bull's Bridge Road, South Kent, CT 06785 with checks payable to South Kent School.
