Luke Schwerin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luke Schwerin of Sandy Hook, Connecticut, born in Morristown, New Jersey, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Tom Schwerin. He is survived by: his mother Judy Colton (Hoss); his sibling T. R.; his son Colton Schwerin of Sandy Hook, CT; his stepfather Bill Colton of Southbury, CT; his sister Juliana Kelly (Schwerin); his brother-in-law Michael Kelly of Ladera Ranch, CA; his sister Kate Schwerin of Carbondale, CO; and his nephews, Michael and Declan Kelly. He is also survived by several cousins and many beloved friends.
