He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Ann (Caron); his children, Joseph Borst, Jr. (Kristi) of Wells, ME, Elizabeth Haugaard (Peer) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Michael Borst (Susan) of Ansonia, CT, James Borst (Laurie) of Elizabethtown, NC and Mary Marks (Fred) of Morristown, NJ.; and his parents, Francis and Kathryn Borst, Sr. (Kelly). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
